    一、產品及服務性質

    1. 訂製產品不設退換
      本店所有產品及服務（包括成衣／成品）均以訂製方式銷售。在任何情況下均不設退換，包括但不限於：

      • 實物與效果圖有明顯分別

      • 收貨時貨品受損

    2. 優惠產品及服務

      • 所有優惠產品或服務均不設退換（同上，不限於實物與效果圖有明顯分別或收貨時受損）

      • 優惠不能同時使用

      • 優惠訂單之設計將自動授權本公司用於內外業務或宣傳用途，恕不另行通知


    二、加急服務

    1. 加急服務收費
      加急費用為訂單總額之 12-15%（視乎件數及收貨日子而定）。

    2. 加急服務免責聲明
      由於運輸途中可能受 不可抗力因素 影響（包括但不限於天災如地震、颱風、洪水、海嘯；社會現象如戰爭、市政工程、政府政策等），本公司 未能保證貨品於預計收貨日前到達，建議客人盡早落單以免延遲。

    3. 加急訂單延遲退款安排
      如加急訂單因不可抗力因素延遲，本公司承諾 每延遲一天退回 25% 之加急費用（此退款安排僅適用於加急訂單）。


    三、打版及確認服務

    1. 打版服務建議
      本店設有打版、取版、第一件拍照確定之服務。如客戶 未有安排打版，收貨時對貨品有任何不滿，均不獲退換（包括但不限於實物與效果圖有明顯分別或收貨時受損）。

    2. 色差免責
      印製存在一定程度的誤差，建議客戶預先安排打版確定後再做貨。如未有打版，本公司 免除大貨實物與效果圖之間存在色差之責任。


    四、生產及設計服務

    1. 非加急訂單生產時間
      非加急訂單印製需時約 十至十五個工作天起（星期六、日及公眾假期不計算在內）。

    2. 生產延遲免責
      本公司就不可抗力因素導致貨物到貨時間延遲，享有免責權利。

    3. 設計服務條款
      本店提供設計服務（設計費另作報價）。一般修改次數預設為 3次，超出3次後將另行收費。

    五、報價及付款

    1. 優惠專屬性質
      大專院校優惠或報價 不適用於其他訂單。本公司就不同顧客類型之報價享有最終決定權。

    2. 按金不設退還
      所有按金一經收取，恕不退還。


    六、訂單確認及免責聲明

    1. 工作天定義
      工作天指 星期一至五（公眾假期除外）。

    2. 效果圖為最終依據
      所有印刷內容、產品型號、顏色、額外要求及訂單資料，均以 WhatsApp 最後由本公司發出之效果圖為準。

    3. 客戶原因重印安排
      如客戶因自身理由（包括但不限於實物與效果圖有明顯分別或收貨時受損）必須重印貨品，只能安排重新落單，不能直接更換或退款。

    七、其他條款

    1. 解釋權
      本服務條款之最終解釋權歸 MARKING PRINTING CO. 所有。本條款設有中英文版本，如果中英文版本當中有任何衝突或不清晰的細節，將以中文版本為準。

    Terms of Service (English Version)

    All customers are requested to read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

    I. Nature of Products and Services

    1. Customised Products Are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable
    All products and services offered by our store (including ready-made garments/finished products) are sold on a customised basis. Under no circumstances may they be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

    • Obvious differences between the actual product and the artwork proof

    • Damage to goods upon delivery

    2. Promotional Products and Services

    • All promotional products or services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (same as above, including but not limited to obvious differences between the actual product and the artwork proof, or damage upon delivery)

    • Promotions cannot be used concurrently

    • Designs from promotional orders are automatically licensed to our company for internal business or promotional purposes without further notice

    II. Rush Order Service

    3. Rush Order Fee
    The rush order fee shall be 12-15% of the total order amount (depending on quantity and required delivery date).

    4. Rush Order Disclaimer
    Due to possible force majeure events during transit (including but not limited to natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, tsunamis; social events such as wars, public works, government policies, etc.), our company cannot guarantee that goods will arrive by the expected delivery date. Customers are advised to place orders early to avoid delays.

    5. Refund for Delayed Rush Orders
    If a rush order is delayed due to force majeure events, our company undertakes to refund 25% of the rush fee for each day of delay (this refund arrangement applies only to rush orders).

    III. Sample Proofing and Confirmation Services

    6. Recommendation for Sample Proofing
    Our store offers sample proofing, sample collection, and first-piece photo confirmation services. If the customer does not arrange sample proofing, any dissatisfaction with the goods upon delivery shall not be eligible for return or exchange (including but not limited to obvious differences between the actual product and the artwork proof, or damage upon delivery).

    7. Disclaimer for Colour Variation
    Certain printing tolerances are inherent. Customers are advised to arrange sample proofing before bulk production. If no sample proofing is arranged, our company shall not be liable for any colour variation between the bulk order and the artwork proof.

    IV. Production and Design Services

    8. Standard Production Time
    Non-rush orders require approximately ten to fifteen working days minimum (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days).

    9. Disclaimer for Production Delays
    Our company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by force majeure events.

    10. Design Service Terms
    Our store offers design services (design fees are quoted separately). The default number of revisions is 3 times. Additional revisions beyond 3 times will be charged separately.

    V. Quotations and Payment

    11. Exclusive Nature of Promotions
    University or tertiary institution discounts or quotations do not apply to other orders. Our company reserves the right of final decision regarding quotations for different customer types.

    12. Deposits Are Non-Refundable
    All deposits, once collected, are non-refundable.

    VI. Order Confirmation and Disclaimers

    13. Definition of Working Days
    Working days refer to Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).

    14. Artwork Proof as Final Authority
    All printing content, product models, colours, special requests and order information shall be subject to the final artwork proof issued by our company via WhatsApp.

    15. Reprint Arrangements Due to Customer Reasons
    If a customer must reprint goods due to reasons attributable to themselves (including but not limited to obvious differences between the actual product and the artwork proof, or damage upon delivery), the only option is to place a new order. Direct replacement or refund is not available.

    VII. Other Terms

    16. Governing Language and Interpretation
    a. The right of final interpretation of these Terms of Service belongs to MARKING PRINTING CO.
    b. These Terms of Service are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
