Refund policy

Revised Refund & Return Policy (Effective March 5, 2025, 16:15)

  1. No Refunds After Order Confirmation
    Refunds will not be processed unless the ordered product is permanently out of stock or discontinued.

  2. Unconfirmed Orders (Pre-Production)
    For paid orders but the production haven’t started (based on the "production start" notification), clients may request a refund, but a 50% administrative fee will apply.

  3. Printing Technique Discretion
    The company reserves the right to determine the printing technique for orders without specified technical requirements. This will be clearly stated in the mock-up. Clients cannot claim refunds based on this decision after delivery.

  4. Expedited Order Delays
    If delays for expedited orders occur due to force majeure, we will refund 25% of the expedited fee per day of delay. However, clients may not use this as grounds for a full refund.

  5. Order Errors or Missing Items
    We will replace or supplement incorrect/missing items, but refunds are not permitted for such cases.

  6. Digital Mock-Up Disclaimer
    Digital proofs are for general reference only and may not reflect the final product. Clients with high-quality expectations should request a physical sample or approve the first produced item before bulk production. No refunds will be granted for discrepancies between mock-ups and final products.

  7. Customs Delays
    Delays caused by customs inspections are considered force majeure. Refunds are not permitted for such delays.

  8. Color Variations
    Clients may request a sample before order confirmation. If no sample is requested, color differences between the digital proof and final product cannot be used to claim refunds.

  9. Price Comparisons
    Hong Kong is a free-market environment. Refunds will not be granted if clients find cheaper pricing elsewhere after order confirmation.

  10. Inspection Window
    Clients must inspect all items within 3 days of delivery for quantity, print accuracy, product model, color, cleanliness (e.g., stains), and other issues. Report problems via WhatsApp within 3 working days. Refunds are unavailable for post-inspection claims.

  11. Sublimation & Screen Printing Color Variance
    Inherent color variations may occur with full-body sublimation or screen printing. No refunds will be issued for this reason.

  12. Policy Acceptance
    Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  13. Scope & Interpretation
    This policy applies to all products/services offered by Marking Printing Co. Final interpretation rights belong to Marking Printing Co.
