1.⁠ ⁠After your goods arrive, you will receive a delivery notification from our customer service team. Please select your preferred pickup method and schedule a pickup time as soon as possible after receiving the notification.


2.⁠ ⁠Pickup options include: Self-pickup / Company’s car delivery / SF Express / LaLaMove / GoGoVan. All orders require a reservation at least **2 hours in advance during business hours.


3.⁠ ⁠All shipping methods will be charged on freight collect basis (excluding those eligible for free shipping). Contact us for further details.


4.⁠ ⁠Delivery time slots must fall within our business hours. Deliveries outside these hours may incur additional fees.


5.⁠ ⁠Delivery timelines for third-party carriers (excluding our company’s car delivery) are subject to the respective third-party company’s schedules.


6.⁠ ⁠If a customer requests an address change mid-delivery, the delivery personnel reserves the right to charge an additional service fee.


7.⁠ ⁠All shipping costs incurred due to the change of goods will be borne by the customer.


8.⁠ ⁠If parking fees apply at the delivery address’s parking lot, such costs will be charged.
