Shipping policy

1. After your goods arrive, you will receive a delivery notification from our customer service team. Please select your preferred pickup method and schedule a pickup time as soon as possible after receiving the notification.
2. Pickup options include: Self-pickup / Company’s car delivery / SF Express / LaLaMove / GoGoVan. All orders require a reservation at least **2 hours in advance during business hours.
3. All shipping methods will be charged on freight collect basis (excluding those eligible for free shipping). Contact us for further details.
4. Delivery time slots must fall within our business hours. Deliveries outside these hours may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery timelines for third-party carriers (excluding our company’s car delivery) are subject to the respective third-party company’s schedules.
6. If a customer requests an address change mid-delivery, the delivery personnel reserves the right to charge an additional service fee.
7. All shipping costs incurred due to the change of goods will be borne by the customer.
8. If parking fees apply at the delivery address’s parking lot, such costs will be charged.
