一、到貨通知

貨品備妥後，本公司售後同事將向您發出 「到貨通知」。收到通知後，請盡快揀選提貨方式並預約時間。

二、提貨方式

可選擇以下方式提貨：

⚠️ 請於營業時間內提前至少 3 小時預約（適用於所有訂單）

三、運費安排

• 所有送貨方式均以 到付 方式收取運費（享有免運費優惠之客戶除外）

• 如需了解更多運費詳情，請向我們查詢

四、送貨時間

• 送貨時間只能選擇 本公司營業時間內 之時段

• 營業時間以外送貨，可能產生 額外收費

五、第三方托運時效

所有由第三方公司（公司車隊派送除外）托運之貨品，其送貨時效 均以所屬第三方公司之標準為準。

六、更改地址

顧客如於下單後中途需要更改送貨地址，送貨員有權就此 加收服務費。

七、更換貨物運費

如需更換貨物，所產生之一切運費 將由顧客承擔。

八、停車場收費

如客人收貨地址之停車場需要收費，相關費用將 實報實銷。

Delivery & Collection Terms

1. Ready for Collection Notice
When goods are ready, our after-sales team will issue a "Ready for Collection" notice. Please select your delivery method and make an appointment as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Methods

• Self-collection (Kwai Chung)

• Company fleet delivery

• SF Express

• LaLaMove

• GoGoVan

⚠️ Please make an appointment at least 3 hours in advance during business hours (applies to all orders).

3. Delivery Fee

• All delivery methods are cash on delivery (except for customers eligible for free delivery)

• Please contact us for more details on delivery fees

4. Delivery Time
Delivery can only be arranged during our business hours. Delivery outside business hours may incur additional charges.

5. Third-party Delivery Lead Time
For goods delivered by third-party companies (other than our company fleet), the lead time shall be subject to the standards of the respective third-party company.

6. Change of Address
If the customer changes the delivery address after placing an order, the delivery driver has the right to charge an additional service fee.

7. Return/Exchange Shipping Fee
Any shipping fees incurred for exchanging goods shall be borne by the customer.

8. Parking Fees
If the customer's delivery address requires payment for parking, such fees shall be charged at cost.
